Nu-Way Weiners Inc. Mission Statement

Our mission is to be the favorite quick-service restaurant in every neighborhood in which we operate in Macon and Central Georgia, and to continue to cultivate new customers by offering that famous Nu-Way taste best described as "insatiable". This mission will be accomplished by executing the following standards of operation:

A) Quality: to serve our customers generously portioned menu items and to use only the highest quality ingredients.

B) Service: to provide fast and courteous service through our dedicated team of managers and employees whom we aim to train, develop, reward, and retain for the long term.

C) Cleanliness: to maintain top-notch cleanliness and strict sanitary conditions that are second to none in our industry.

D) Value: to ensure our wonderful and loyal customers the greatest value for their dollar, but with very moderate prices.

E) Tradition: to loyally continue the proud and noble heritage of our Greek-American founder, James Mallis, and all of the other owners who have followed since 1916.

By adhering to these principles and by sustaining reputable business relationships with our vendors, we believe that we can balance the needs of our customers, employees, managers and shareholders in all our efforts to run a profitable and respected enterprise.
